Available Shipping Services

We work with internationally recognized logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our services include express carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT, as well as postal services like China Post and Hong Kong Post.

We offer two payment options for shipping:

  • Freight Prepaid: We calculate and charge shipping costs based on package weight, carrier, and destination.
  • Freight Collect: Requires a valid DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT account; shipping charges will be billed directly to your account.

Order Processing & Working Hours

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after we receive your payment confirmation.

Our customer support is available Monday through Friday from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM Beijing Time (BJT). Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For U.S. orders, we handle the collection and payment of applicable taxes on your behalf. For other international orders, additional local taxes, duties, GST, tariffs, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Due to the complexity of international shipping regulations, we cannot estimate these amounts. Please contact your local customs office with any questions. If necessary, we will email you to confirm specific details regarding customs requirements.
